National HR Conference Through the Years

XLRI has been known as a pioneer in India's Human Resources and Industrial Relations field since its inception in 1949. Continuing its legacy, the 13th National HR Conference, was hosted by SAPPHIRE on January 27th and 28th, 2024. This annual event is SAPPHIRE’s endeavour to bring together stalwarts from academia and industry to discuss the nuances of HR’s role in shaping the strategic arena for competitive, robust organisations. This prestigious national conference welcomed stalwarts from the industry in our panels. Our theme this year was ‘Navigating Tomorrow: HR’s Blueprint for Talent Innovation’. In today's ever-evolving landscape marked by rapid technological progress and economic dynamism, organizations face the imperative of continuous adaptation. At the forefront of this transformation are HR professionals, tasked with cultivating a workforce equipped to confront unforeseen challenges and guide the organization through change. The theme captures this essence and the Conference aimed to delve into how HR professionals can proactively address the emerging challenges arising from evolving work paradigms.
