With a legacy of 34 years, SAPPHIRE is proud to present its flagship event, the 12th HR Conference, on the 4th and 5th of February, 2023. An endeavour to bring together the stalwarts of academia, industry and activism, the Conference aims to address various contemporary issues in Human Resources and People Management.

The modern workplace is continuously evolving to adapt to internal and external changes, including dynamic economies and changing organisational processes. Keeping this in mind, this year's theme is "Thriving vs Surviving: Balancing HR Strategies to Navigate Change".
